What data we process

If you complete the quote form or the contact form, we process your name, telephone number, e-mail address and, if you fill them in, your address, postcode and town. We also store what you selected in the form: the type of project, the type of house, the size you have in mind, the level of finish, your wishes and when you would like to start.

If you attach photographs, we keep them with your request. Please only send photographs of your home, not photographs in which people are identifiable.

For every request we also record technical data sent with the message: your browser (user agent), the page you submitted the form from and the time. We use that to prevent abuse of the form and to see which pages actually lead to enquiries.

What we use that data for

Solely to contact you about your request, to arrange an appointment, to prepare a quote and, if you instruct us, to carry out and invoice the work.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with comparison sites, lead agencies or other builders. After a request with us you will not be called by five different companies.

We do not send a newsletter and do not use your data for advertising.

Cookies and statistics

This website sets one functional cookie of its own: your language choice (NL, EN or TR), so that a later visit lands in the same language. That requires no consent and the cookie contains no personal data.

For visitor statistics we may use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that does not follow individual visitors and does not collect data by which you are personally identifiable.

If we additionally use Google Analytics, it is only loaded after you have given consent in the cookie bar. If you do not consent, no Google script is loaded at all and no analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser.

How long we keep data

Requests that do not lead to an instruction are kept for a maximum of two years, so that we can recognise you if you contact us again later. After that we delete them, including any photographs sent with them.

Data belonging to work we carried out is kept for as long as it is needed for the warranty, and in any case for as long as the statutory retention period for business records applies.

Who we share data with

With our hosting provider and our e-mail provider, because the website and the e-mail run there. With the structural engineer and the subcontractors working on your project, and only with the data they need for it. And with the council, if we apply for a permit on your behalf.

With nobody else, unless we are legally obliged to.

Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted or object to the processing. Send a message to the e-mail address at the bottom of this page; we respond within four weeks.

We are happy to sort out any question or concern with you. Should we not reach agreement, the privacy law (GDPR) also gives you the right to contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
